System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up Information Models according to the Hella development process
• Define Requirements Engineering for all development domains across the entire development life cycle
• Perform Change Management to ensure requested changes are integrated at the correct time with the correct configuration
• Conduct assessments for Change Management and Baselines
• Act as the primary interface between the customer system engineer and the software team
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related electronic field
• Strong knowledge of Vehicle Systems
• Expertise in system and software development processes
• Proficiency in version and baseline control
• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Open-mindedness and a strong teamwork spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive development (System, Electrical, High Frequency, or Software Engineering)
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS
• Knowledge of the V-Model development lifecycle
