System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead overall system work including requirements management and system design within the defense sector
• Break down, allocate, and distribute requirements to ensure technical alignment
• Develop creative solutions based on agreed requirement profiles
• Participate in technical investigations and innovation projects
• Work with cutting-edge technology including UAV/UAS, underwater technology, advanced weapon systems, and AI/ML applications

Requirements

• Master or Civil Engineer degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field
• Experience with system design, requirements management, and requirements verification
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS
• Experience in project methodology and technical documentation production
• Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in safety-critical development
• Experience from the defense or automotive industries
