System Engineer (Braking System)

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical window to communicate with customer engineering teams regarding braking system (ABS/ESC/EPB/EMB, etc.) vehicle performance indicators and functional requirements
• Lead technical solutions and reviews, including matching calculations, interface definitions, and pedal feel
• Manage customer issues and changes, performing root cause analysis for noise, vibration, or response abnormalities
• Define braking system technical architecture (hydraulic/pneumatic/brake-by-wire) and component technical specifications
• Support mass production by collaborating with hardware, software, calibration, and quality teams to resolve issues during prototype and early production stages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in automotive braking system R&D or system engineering
• Familiarity with ABS, ESC, EPB, or EMB braking systems
• Experience with OEM or Tier 1 projects preferred
• Understanding of automotive braking principles and vehicle development processes
• Strong problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and communication
