About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end development, integration, qualification, and certification of Communication Systems following the V-cycle process
  • Elaborate operational concepts, use cases, and system specifications through requirements engineering
  • Oversee the mechanical, electrical, and functional integration of communication systems
  • Define integration, verification, and validation strategies, including support for rig, ground, and flight testing
  • Perform supplier management to secure technical requirements of development contracts
  • Manage stakeholders across project management, procurement, and sales departments
  • Benchmark state-of-the-art communication technologies and contribute to product strategy and implementation roadmaps
  • Represent the company in external working groups such as EASA, FAA, or EUROCAE

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of Systems Engineering methodologies
  • Proven experience in the design, development, and integration of complex communication systems
  • Expertise in avionics requirements engineering and systems integration
  • Experience in supplier management and stakeholder coordination
  • Business fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearance
