System Design Responsible Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of a system or subsystem
• Define and monitor associated technical requirements
• Guarantee the consistency of architecture and design choices
• Coordinate various departments involved in development (design office, systems, testing, certification, production, support, quality, etc.)
• Manage technical modifications and definition evolutions
• Participate in impact analyses and risk management
• Prepare and lead technical reviews
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and performance objectives
• Act as an interface with various project stakeholders
• Contribute to system validation and certification activities

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in complex system development or technical coordination
• Strong understanding of system architectures and product development cycles
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Professional English proficiency
• Leadership, rigor, and organizational skills
