System Design Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze study protocols and define IRT system needs in direct consultation with clients.
• Author user requirement documents and lead review cycles with internal and external teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of system implementations.
• Prepare project reports, including status updates, tracking metrics, and financial summaries.
• Oversee financial elements such as deliverable tracking and invoice approval.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and milestone achievement.
• Lead issue resolution and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and quality standards in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mandatory experience in IRT (Interactive Response Technology) system design.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing consultancy.
• Proven ability to meet quality and timeline expectations in complex projects.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience.
• Experience working within a highly regulated clinical research environment.
