About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze study protocols and consult with clients to determine optimal IRT system setups
- Author user requirement documents and review them with internal and client study teams
- Manage study timelines to ensure delivery before First Patient In (FPI)
- Review project scope against initial proposals and manage budget changes
- Perform system quality reviews (SQR) and demonstrate programmed systems to clients
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support clients through the validation process
- Manage system change requests resulting from protocol amendments
- Provide handover training to Client Services PMs and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Several years of experience in clinical research or project management
- Direct experience working with Interactive Response Technology (IRT)
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% as required
