System Automation Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Python-based automation frameworks to control hardware test benches
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and rapid deployment cycles
• Physically assemble, configure, and maintain computer systems and test rigs
• Manage Linux-based environments and ensure systems are tuned for peak performance
• Troubleshoot test bench failures, identifying root causes in code, networks, or hardware

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and hardware APIs
• Strong Linux command line skills, including shell scripting and system monitoring
• Solid understanding of computer hardware assembly and component selection
• Analytical problem-solving skills to isolate complex system issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
