System Analyst (SAP Concur)

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 to L3 technical and functional support for SAP Concur modules, including Request, Expense, and Travel.
• Handle L1 support by responding to basic user inquiries, troubleshooting login or mobile app issues, and documenting incidents.
• Manage L2 support by investigating complex approval workflows, integration issues, and system configuration errors.
• Execute L3 support through root cause analysis of technical issues and collaborating with SAP Concur technical teams.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and application testing to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to improve system functionality and business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur (Request, Expense, and Travel modules).
• Deep knowledge of SAP Concur configurations, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven experience with support ticketing systems and troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Concur certification or specialized training.
