System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and determine system requirements
• Understand user needs to improve system functionalities and match client demands
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Advise clients on product functionalities and suggest solutions for malfunctions
• Plan new solutions to address current system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources
• Monitor system performance and identify potential operational issues

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and on time
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies
• Knowledge of system modeling and simulation techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Forex (FX) field
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Knowledge of programming languages
