System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and system designs
• Collaborate with development teams on scope, planning, and delivery
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Maintain system documentation including requirements, design, and test cases
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in system analysis or similar technical roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and storage in cloud environments
• Experience designing APIs based on best practices
• Experience integrating third-party services
• Familiarity with cloud services including databases and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud-native services like Lambda, SNS, and SQS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data modeling
• Knowledge of UML, use cases, and system flow diagrams
• Previous project management experience
