System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and administration for CRM, SFE, marketing automation, e-commerce, and customer touchpoint systems
• Analyze business requirements, document processes, and translate needs into actionable system solutions
• Support integration between local systems and global platforms
• Participate in digitalization projects with a focus on China market localization
• Support RFI/RFP processes, evaluate vendor solutions, and conduct gap analysis
• Manage Alibaba Cloud resources including accounts, security, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes following the ITSM/ITIL framework

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, system analysis, or digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with CRM or customer-facing business systems
• Practical knowledge of the ITSM/ITIL service management framework
• Experience with cloud platform management (Alibaba Cloud preferred)
• Understanding of China's digital ecosystem, including WeChat and local compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business system implementation or optimization projects
• Expertise in integration analysis and data flow management
• Experience supporting localized digitalization initiatives within the China market
