System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of IT projects including applications and information systems
• Consolidate business requirements from users and analyze technical requirements
• Propose business solutions and prepare technical specifications
• Provide L2 support and application testing for responsible systems
• Conduct training sessions for end users
• Identify and propose ways to optimize processes and technical solutions

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in IT or a technical profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project implementation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage
