System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Support the testing, validation, and rollout of new integrations and enhancements
• Monitor interface performance and assist in resolving technical issues
• Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries and coordinate with technical teams
• Track progress to ensure alignment with service expectations

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in system analysis
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, COBOL, and Oracle Forms
• Understanding of the ALTOVA tool
• Proficiency in Azure products, specifically Azure Boards and DevOps
• Strong background in system integration, performance tuning, and end-to-end SDLC support
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with support or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Proficiency in data tools like Excel and Power BI
