System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders, including sales, leasing, and property management teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
• Design workflows for real estate operations such as property listings, tenant management, and sales/leasing processes.
• Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
• Conduct system testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support integration with third-party real estate platforms and payment systems.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRD, SRS, and process flows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Real Estate or Property Management systems is required.
• Deep understanding of real estate workflows, including sales, rentals, property listings, and contracts.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with process mapping (BPMN or similar).
• Understanding of APIs and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
