System Administrator/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network, servers, and technology tools

Requirements

• University degree in IT or related subject
• Good command of the English language
• At least 5 years of experience in administering server-side technology and networked computing systems
• Proven experience in the Linux operating system
• Knowledge of enterprise backup, recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
• Experience in virtualization
• Experience in IT operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Involvement in e-government projects
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Availability for on-call rotation shifts to resolve emergency issues
