System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Monitor and resolve problems for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning
• Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in similar programs
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5 years of additional SA experience
• 2 years of experience with system security, configuration, and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ELK
• Experience with Tripwire
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with RedHat SELinux security tool suite
