System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Monitor and resolve issues for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Optimize system operations and perform capacity analysis and planning
• Support dispatch systems and hardware problem resolution

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Linux experience required
• Level 0: High School diploma + 5 years experience OR Bachelor's in technical discipline
• Level 1: High School diploma + 10 years experience OR Bachelor's + 5 years experience
• Level 2: High School diploma + 15 years experience OR Bachelor's + 10 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
