Responsibilities

• Continuous development of IT tools and processes
• Technical support: analyzing and resolving errors in cooperation with users and external developers
• Setting up and optimizing technical workflows and maintaining interfaces
• Conducting tests for functional and integration security of new and existing systems
• Support for PC and peripheral environments
• 1st and 2nd level basic support
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable training
• Good to very good knowledge of network and PC landscape administration
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience in administration and implementation of Microsoft 365
• Project experience
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of virtualization with Proxmox
• SAP knowledge
