Responsibilities
- Maintain essential IT operations and asset management including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and email systems
- Manage hardware including laptops, desktops, and network devices such as firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
- Configure and maintain network services, equipment, and devices
- Manage service requests, incidents, and problems through a ticketing system
- Maintain excellent documentation for processes and policies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall configuration
- Experience in Vulnerability & Patch Management Services for Windows, Linux, and Mac
- Knowledge of cloud environments, Office 365, Linux, and SharePoint
