System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers, workstations, and network infrastructure to ensure stability.
• Monitor system performance to detect bottlenecks and apply security patches or software upgrades.
• Perform regular system backups and support cybersecurity monitoring activities.
• Provide Level 1–2 technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with SAP infrastructure tasks, including data cleansing support.
• Manage IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on IT infrastructure improvement projects and system testing.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps or System Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems & Network Administration, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in Windows administration and basic knowledge of Linux.
• Valid EU passport or a Greek working permit.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Exposure to AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
