System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain system efficiency and ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Select, install, configure, and manage hardware and software components
• Make recommendations for system upgrades and evaluate/modify system performance
• Manage and coordinate with IT vendors
• Manage office IT setup and upkeep, including networking, hardware, video surveillance, phone systems, and biometrics
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT-related assistance at the office
• Assist the Senior System Administrator as required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in system administration
• Extensive experience installing, configuring, and administering both Windows and Linux systems
• Proven experience with File Server user management and backup scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to design, organize, and modify company computer systems to ensure effective operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional IT certifications
• Previous work experience within a digital marketing agency
