System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Handle daily technical support activities for endpoint devices and network issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic laptop and software issues
• Set up software and tools on Windows and MacOS devices
• Perform installation and patching of Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Provide on-site and on-call assistance with user issues and requests
• Utilize remote monitoring and session tools to resolve technical problems

Requirements

• Proven experience with Windows support, including DNS and DHCP
• Working knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8, 10) and MacOS
• Strong hardware support skills, including printer maintenance and system assembly/disassembly
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and common enterprise software
• Knowledge of office peripherals such as VOIP devices and printers
• Excellent communication skills for providing effective on-call support
• Ability to join immediately or within a 15-30 day notice period
