System Administrator IV

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of enterprise systems and server infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity requirements
• Oversee system performance, availability, and high availability configurations
• Resolve complex system issues and provide technical leadership
• Mentor junior administrators

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments
• Eligibility to obtain Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, RHCSA, or AWS
