About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
  • Configure and enforce security policies, conditional access, and compliance policies
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Apple devices through Jamf
  • Ensure timely operating system and application patching across all managed devices
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and investigate security incidents
  • Maintain documentation of security events and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors during incident response

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf for endpoint management
  • Understanding of security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoints, Jamf Protect, and MDR solutions like Arctic Wolf
