System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are strictly enforced.
• Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Implement IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Maintain and support company-wide SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding by managing account lifecycles.
• Automate IT operations, workflows, and system monitoring to improve organizational efficiency.
• Maintain software licenses, compliance requirements, and comprehensive IT documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to employees to ensure smooth system usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support.
• Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM platforms).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models.
• Strong understanding of IT compliance, data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2), and industry best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT automation and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
