Responsibilities
- Implementation and performance tuning of mission critical enterprise systems
- Serve as a technical expert for complex operating systems
- Investigate and analyze feasibility of system requirements and develop specifications
- Installation, configuration, and upgrading of servers and hardware in LAN, WAN, and stand-alone environments
- Investigation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of system, hardware, software, and infrastructure
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Computer Application
- Knowledge of network hardware infrastructure, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MCSE/MCSA certification
- Application-level certification related to Exchange or Storage
