Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and multiple subsystems
• Perform patch and vulnerability management
• Troubleshoot applications, end user devices, servers, and databases
• Configure and install devices including desktops, servers, DCs, PDUs, and UPS
• Utilize automation tools and PowerShell for system tasks
• Support IT Enterprise Operations under general supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Required certification: Sec+, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Linux
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, firewalls, subnets, DNS, IPv4)
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google cloud computing
• Experience with SIEM and flaw remediation tools
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a NASA background investigation
• Ability to pass initial and random drug testing

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ or Security+
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications
• Azure or AWS certifications
• CCNA or Juniper certifications
