Synthesis Engineer - Urban Transport

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination missions for design studies, execution studies, and synthesis for various tramway operations in France
• Coordinate designers mobilized for technical synthesis
• Manage the synthesis cell for tramway projects during study or construction phases
• Develop processes and tools for the synthesis cell, including modification tracking and conflict classification
• Lead technical synthesis meetings with business managers and construction coordinators
• Ensure technical coordination across different engineering disciplines
• Provide periodic reporting to project directors using updated tracking tools

Requirements

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in public works with 10 years of experience, or BTS degree with 20 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid experience in transport projects such as tramways, metros, or BHNS
• Proficiency in AutoCAD within complex project environments
• At least 10 years of experience in project coordination or technical synthesis cell management
• Strong technical culture in urban planning, civil engineering, and guided transport
• Excellent communication and writing skills for leading diverse stakeholder meetings
• Experience with Document Management Systems (GED)
