About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls via the company switchboard
  • Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors at the headquarters
  • Sort and transfer communications to the relevant departments
  • Update telephone directories and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support for filing and correspondence management
  • Use IT systems for data registration and updates

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Strong listening skills and effective request management
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools (Email, Word, Excel)
  • Precision, confidentiality, and reliability
