About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls via the company switchboard
- Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors at the headquarters
- Sort and transfer communications to the relevant departments
- Update telephone directories and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support for filing and correspondence management
- Use IT systems for data registration and updates
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and professionalism
- Strong listening skills and effective request management
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Email, Word, Excel)
- Precision, confidentiality, and reliability
Benefits
- Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable
