Switchboard Operator

Responsibilities

• Process all external and internal calls by redirecting or directly assisting callers
• Promote hotel facilities to enhance guest experience
• Take ownership of guest requests or complaints and ensure follow-up
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B
• Maintain accurate records of guest calls for data integrity
• Execute hotel emergency procedures and dispatching as required

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Service-focused personality
• Fluency in English
• Prior experience with Opera or related systems is an asset
