About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the switchboard and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide initial telephone assistance and collect requests from clients and suppliers
- Update and organize the appointment agenda for the sales office
- Support the management of corporate correspondence via email and telephone
- Perform data entry and operational communications within the company management software
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian
- Proficiency with basic IT and management tools
- Precision, confidentiality, and a predisposition for office work
- Open to candidates without previous experience
