Swing Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians engaged in assembly and test within a production environment
• Provide job assignments, resolve technical issues, and supervise shift activities
• Perform assembly, test, rework, and repair of radar electronic devices and accessories
• Test, tune, and repair circuit board assemblies, radar subsystems, and final assemblies
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Product Development Engineers to support production goals
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Associates degree in a technical field or formal electronics training (military or trade school)
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test environments
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a production setting
• Proficiency with RF electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, etc.)
• Familiarity with ESD control program processes and materials
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 6S, kanban systems)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
• Ability to regularly lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC Solder Certification
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and circuit schematics
• Proficiency in PCBA debug, rework, and soldering
• Experience assisting in the creation and improvement of production documentation
