Responsibilities

• Coordinate with office staff to support repair and inspection scheduling
• Perform swimming pool and pool equipment repairs, including crack repairs, leak detection, plumbing repairs, and equipment diagnostics
• Conduct customer education and communicate service recommendations
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed
• Maintain technical knowledge through vendor training and assist with onboarding newer technicians
• Ensure proper vehicle care, inventory control, and safe handling of pool chemicals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of swimming pool service or pool construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic mechanical aptitude in plumbing, masonry, and electrical
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• NESP CMS & CMT certifications
