Swimming Pool Renovations Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced water testing and chemical balancing
• Diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment
• Safely handle, transport, and apply pool chemicals
• Maintain accurate documentation of all pool services performed
• Communicate with Schedulers and Renovation Managers regarding customer claims
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory accuracy
• Assist with in-field training of new technicians

Requirements

• 1-3 years of technical experience in the service industry
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (often more)
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather
• Proficiency with mobile technology and scheduling software

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• NESP CMS & CMT certifications
• General pool background or water chemistry experience
