Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple subcontractor crews and in-house technicians performing renovation work
• Maximize crew capacity and production using internal software scheduling tools
• Ensure proper communication and collection of customer payments
• Implement quality control through technician inspections and monitor re-work
• Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and handle conflict resolution
• Work with administration to communicate project backlogs to specialists and customers

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work 10 or more hours of overtime per week, including Saturdays, during busy season
• Proficiency with scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• One year of construction or scheduling experience
• General pool background experience
