Swimming Pool Renovations Project Manager

Founded in 1946, we design and build quality inground pools across the U.S., while also offering renovations, modernizations, and ongoing maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the installation process and ensure completion of all required inspections
• Meet regularly with Construction and General Managers to review project progress and resolve issues
• Assist Renovations Specialists on pre-site evaluations to address site concerns
• Ensure compliance with all safety-related equipment and company safety programs
• Manage payment schedules and ensure all project payments are received
• Evaluate the performance of in-house crews and subcontractors, taking corrective action for sub-standard workmanship
• Drive customer satisfaction to achieve 100% Customer Service Satisfaction (CSS)

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience as a project manager in construction or a related field
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Pro Edge
• Proficiency using mobile devices (iPad or iPhone)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
