Swimming Pool Renovations Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pool service operations including spring openings and fall winterizations
• Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lights
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting including pressure testing and leak diagnostics
• Maintain accurate service documentation and record materials used
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to construction and warranty teams
• Support field training for new technicians and ensure adherence to safety SOPs
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of expert-level pool plumbing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 90%
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and work in various outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Preferred Qualifications

• NESP CMS certification
• CMT certification
