Swimming Course Coordinator and Instructor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the swimming course program, including coordination, scheduling, and substitution organization for all courses and instructors
• Act as the primary contact for swimming instructors, members, and children, implementing feedback effectively
• Supervise and conduct swimming courses, specifically baby and toddler swimming
• Lead swimming technique training and holiday camps for various skill levels (Seepferchen, Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
• Conduct 2 to 4 regular weekly courses and provide coverage for other instructors when necessary
• Maintain continuous quality management for all swimming courses

Requirements

• Trained swimming instructor or swimming coach, ideally with a trainer license
• Flexibility to work weekends and adjust hours based on operational needs
• Independent working style with children and a high sense of responsibility
• High social competence and a confident, professional demeanor
• Fluency in German
