Swim Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
• Ensure swimmers feel supported and achieve their goals
• Assist in supervising the pool and surrounds to maintain safety and discipline
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding children’s development and progression

Requirements

• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
• DBS check
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
• Ability to engage effectively with children and their parents
