About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the centre's School Swimming programme
- Take ultimate responsibility for all staff operating within the Schools Swimming lesson programme
- Maintain a close and positive working relationship with the Swim School Manager
- Develop positive working relationships with key external partners
Requirements
- Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Experience in a swim school coordinator or management role
- Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
- Experience using courses and bookings management software
- Ability to identify staff training and development requirements
- Commercial awareness to contribute to a financially viable operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with autonomy
