Swim Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging one-on-one and small group swim lessons
• Craft personalized development plans for each swimmer
• Create fun, energetic learning environments for water safety
• Provide encouraging feedback to build skills and confidence
• Maintain safety protocols while fostering a positive atmosphere
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families

Requirements

• Strong swimming abilities across various techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a patient teaching style
• Adaptability to different learning styles and needs
• Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching
• Current lifeguard/CPR certifications preferred
• Previous swim instruction experience helpful but not required
