About the role
Responsibilities
- Support SWIFT applications, infrastructure, and services within the SWIFT Technology Services team
- Analyze business requirements and design technical specifications for solutions
- Manage projects and application migrations to production
- Perform software installation, configuration changes, and plug-in configurations
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and application changes
- Create and update technical documentation including design and troubleshooting guides
- Troubleshoot complex production and system problems as an escalation point
- Participate in an on-call rotation for application support
Requirements
- Experience with SWIFT Alliance product line
- Experience implementing SWIFT services (SWIFTNet, FIN, Interact, and FileAct)
- Experience managing IT projects
- Knowledge of basic computing principles and security protocols
- Working knowledge of UNIX (Linux)
- Understanding of networking protocols and basic firewall rules
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MT/MX messages
- Experience with SWIFTNet Browse
- Knowledge of traffic modelization and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
