About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
- Listen to calls and assist sellers in closing deals
- Monitor daily reports and take necessary actions
- Review individual performance and set daily targets
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to coach, motivate, and resolve issues
- Manage attendance and disciplinary actions
- Open support tickets and ensure prompt follow-up
- Provide daily feedback to the shift manager
- Foster a positive, high-performance atmosphere
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience leading a sales team (Lead or Manager role)
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Target-driven and organized mindset
- EU passport required
