About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Swedish Sales team and develop sales strategies for the Swedish market
- Engage with leads via phone, chat, and mail to convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Increase brand exposure by attending exhibitions and events
- Monitor Swedish market trends in outdoor living solutions
- Report customer interactions, sales activities, and progress to the country manager
Requirements
- Native level Swedish (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales
- Experience in home improvement, outdoor living, or similar industries
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience setting up and leading a small sales team
- Experience attending trade shows or exhibitions
