About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Swedish Sales team and develop sales strategies for the Swedish market
  • Engage with leads via phone, chat, and mail to convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Increase brand exposure by attending exhibitions and events
  • Monitor Swedish market trends in outdoor living solutions
  • Report customer interactions, sales activities, and progress to the country manager

Requirements

  • Native level Swedish (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales
  • Experience in home improvement, outdoor living, or similar industries
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience setting up and leading a small sales team
  • Experience attending trade shows or exhibitions
