About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and determining causes
  • Select and explain the best solutions to customers and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Answer inquiries related to console and network issues
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results

Requirements

  • Native-level Swedish (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Basic computer handling skills
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
