About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and determining causes
- Select and explain the best solutions to customers and follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Answer inquiries related to console and network issues
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results
Requirements
- Native-level Swedish (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Basic computer handling skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
