SW Project Leader and Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and control activities, tools, budget, and resources required to produce software products within automotive constraints.
• Drive project execution using automotive software best practices, including baseline management, change requests, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Define project scope, perform feasibility evaluations, and manage resource sizing and estimation.
• Monitor and report project progress, implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Manage software project budgets, including tools, licenses, and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement of software project management processes in alignment with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cyber Security standards.
• Act as a Scrum Master to drive teams through modern agile approaches, resolving impediments and negotiating feasible milestones with stakeholders.
• Partner with Software Quality engineers to drive design reviews, maturity step approvals, and risk management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Electronics or Software development.
• 3+ years of experience in customer interface roles (internal and external).
• Strong understanding of ASPICE, OEM, and Tier 1 product development milestones.
• High-level understanding of automotive software and hardware/electronics solutions, including vehicle electrical architectures and AUTOSAR.
• Proficiency with JIRA, JAMA, and Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Proven experience working within multinational companies.
• Excellent English communication skills with an executive-oriented style.
