SW Architect

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural and technical responsibility for Hospital Workflow (HWF) in IGT
• Author and review requirements and design documents to deliver key customer needs
• Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding and architecture clarifications
• Participate in project estimation, planning, risk management, and roadmap definition
• Work closely with System and Product Architects to develop prototypes and solutions
• Drive technical excellence, quality improvements, and mentorship across the team
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software experience
• Strong expertise in Advanced C++ and Object-Oriented development and design
• Deep knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency with design patterns and their practical applications
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe development methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and DICOM
• Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and their interpretation
