SVP/VP of ESG and Impact Advisory

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets across South and Southeast Asia
• Lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates in ESG strategy and sustainable finance
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including ESG diagnostics and impact frameworks
• Support corporates in Orange Bond™ readiness and integrate Orange Seal™ supplier certification into supply chains
• Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of leadership experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, or impact finance
• Deep experience working with corporates or financial institutions in South and Southeast Asia
• Expertise in ESG regulation, supply chain sustainability, climate finance, or sustainability-linked bonds
• Strong understanding of capital markets and gender-lens investing
• Master’s degree in sustainability, finance, economics, public policy, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience with blended finance or sustainability-linked financing solutions
