SVP/VP of ESG and Impact Advisory

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets across South and Southeast Asia.
• Lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates in ESG strategy and sustainable finance.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including ESG diagnostics and impact frameworks.
• Support corporates in Orange Bond™ readiness and integrate Orange Seal™ supplier certification into supply chains.
• Represent IIX at industry events and contribute to thought leadership on gender-lens investing and ESG.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts within the Advisory team.

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of leadership experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, or impact finance.
• Deep experience working with corporates or financial institutions in South and Southeast Asia.
• Expertise in ESG regulation, supply chain sustainability, climate finance, or sustainability-linked bonds.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and gender-lens investing.
• Master’s degree in sustainability, finance, economics, public policy, or a related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
